The first waterfall one? I was planning to write a tutorial on the second one because I like the animation better, but I can briefly tell you what to do. Assuming that you have Animation Shop (you can download the trail version if you don't), cut out part of the waterfall in your image editing program. In AS, apply the underwater effect. Copy the base, and copy it as a new animation. Duplicate it until you have the same number of frames as the previous underwater/waterfall animation. Select all frames in both animations, and drag the waterfall onto the base (but make sure that both animations start at the first frame). That's not the best explanation, but I hope that's what you are asking.

;_; i don't have animation shop, i have imageready/ps 7. ah well, i'm sure there is an underwater animation tutorial out there. in fact, i'm pretty sure i have seen them. i'm just lazy :-p thanks for trying tho! <3
