I was sitting alongside Steffan in his Nissan Xterra last night, trying to think of people to call who could come and get coffee with us. I miss the days of old when a large group of people could be formed within minutes. Now I'm lucky if I can get more than a few people to hang out on a weeknight. My friend, you have stumbled across what is one of the saddest days in the life of men like us. College isn't like you thought it would be. The coffee on the way to class, the hundreds of people sitting under trees studying, a guy sitting on the steps of every building playing guitar. None of it's there ( ... )

Maybe I am not making the most of college, but that thing brookswashere said about how "College isn't like you thought it would be. Except the kids playing Guitar are usually indian students, and wiffle ball and cricket are more popular than frisbee, not to mention we don't have hundreds of kids...I never really appreciated that until I realized that is what others are looking for and I have it. I would share if I could.
