Poor Arthur, his feelings were just so complex and confusing that he didn't have time to notice anything else (like Merlin's epic crush). Although I suspect Morgana would have knocked their heads together if it had gone on much longer!

Merlin was starting to wonder what he was doing wrong, he even got rid of the Werther's Originals wrappers on the floor of his car, and STILL Arthur wasn't responding to his best flirting attempts (although admittedly, Merlin hadn't had much flirting practice so he thought he might just be doing it wrong). But how could he contain himself after being rescued from the evil customer?!! ;)
