Seeing that some of the graffiti I found involved Bowser setting Mario and Luigi on fire, I want to say it was him and his minions but I don't have any real proof.

I don't want to trouble you but I'd really appreciate it. Just be careful around Ribbon. I think the whole incident spooked her since she pretty much lunged and started pecking at me when I found her. I don't blame her, those horrible creeps spray painted her and plucked some of her feathers out!

This strange thing about this entire crime though is for some reason the vandals carved my name on the checkout counter.

Come to think of it, after talking to Mallow, I wonder of the possibility that maybe...nah.
