Huh? Who--? Where am I??

So according to my time card from yesterday, I punched in at 7:51am and out at 10:14pm, with a 26 minute break for lunch around noon. (I ate dinner at my desk.)

It's not like I have a difficult job, and (obviously, since I'm at work right now writing this) it's not like I have no down time. So why do I feel like I've been hit by a truck?!?!?!And ( Read more... )

Easy. You worked more than 13 hours in one stretch and you're pregnant.

I hope the training is at least going smoothly and that the long hours don't last too much longer. Nice overtime pay, though, I hope!

Oh yes. Lovely overtime pay. I might just have to go to Ikea in the next month to pick up that furniture I want. LOL.

And maybe actually start buying some baby stuff from my own money. Or should I wait until after baby shower(s) for that?

I'm so bad at this pregnant lady stuff. Except for the eating. That part I've got down. (Mmmmm, I might have to get some of that pasta on my way home tonight.... fooooooood.....)

Yeah, I suppose you should wait till after you've been showered to start buying stuff for the baby yourself. Kind of like no buying stuff for yourself right before Christmas.

Well, if you plan a trip to IKEA let me know, since you'll practically be at my doorstep anyway...
