Of all the people she was expecting to see, a young boy was not one of them. She had never been good with children, lacking that maternal instinct that seemed prevalent in so many women. He didn't look particularly alarmed--or injured--so there was a slim chance that maybe he lived in this place.

"Are you lost?" She asked softly after a moment, relaxing her posture so she wouldn't come off as quite so frozen as normal. Even children could be dangerous. She knew that all too well.

That, or it was a really big house. She wouldn't say that out loud, though. "You just focus on staying safe, alright? Make sure to stay out of the way of people who don't look very nice."

"Yup!" He agreed with a little salute type thing, smiling. "I try to stay away from people like that normally. They're kinda scary looking." His other half could always protect him if they got into trouble, but staying away from bad people was always a good idea.
