Note to self: Don't apply to hogwarts elite, leave comment notification on and then go on vacation. Thanks for flooding my inbox guys. Often times with one word votes. Not that I'll be applying there again, but it's a good thing to keep in mind in future.

Er. That's how the voting works. All the other applications there, which you can see, look that way. Why wouldn't you have expected this?

More importantly-- I was wondering why you decided to remove the ability to comment from your application. Basically, you've withdrawn from sorting without withdrawing your application. It's a decent application, hence my curiousiy is alerted. Did you not like the way your sorting was going?

Shit. No. I intended to stop it from sending notifications to my email but looks like I buggered up. That's what I get for fiddling with livejournal in a hurry.

Nah, I sent that application in ages back, and have since lost interest in the community, so I could care less how the sorting goes.

Well, in that case, I won't tell you how to reenable comments. :) Anyhoo, that answers my question. Thanks.

For starters, you only get one chance to apply. If you get squibbed, that's all she freakin wrote. And as to the one-word answers, they're usually given once everything has already been said. It's much better to get one-word votes than to have every member tell you exactly why they feel you don't belong, right?

I'm aware of that. And I don't care what people write, just pointing out 106 votes with the exact same thing to say flooding your inbox can be a bit annoying. Not the communities bad though, that was my mistake for not realizing I could turn off comment notification.
