today some good things happend and one terrible thing happend. it was a good day, ya know relaxing at home, watching tv, i got a new belt in karate today. but then my parents told me, ginny (my sister), and my friend teresa to come home, immeditally. we came home, we sat in the den, my parents turned off the tv, they looked at us. they told us that one of our friends kevin winters just died. he was 18. he was driving down highway 64, he apperently tried to get something out of the floorboard and didn't see the curb, so he didn't turn, he smashed his work truck into a tree. he died instantly at least. no suffering. but my sister and teresa are in her room under the covers, talking probably crying. i really didn't know him other than the guy who was ginnys friend and worked at the movie gallery, who just moved in with two other guys. i have sympathey, but i never really knew him. so i'm not going to be one of those people who go around saying that i miss him so much because he was my best friend, i'm gonna say i miss him because i didn'
