Yes, I'm going to try to start the next part tonight. I think that there will be one to three more parts, counting the epilogue. Then I'll revise the whole thing and put it up on FF.Net.

I really miss a good Maiko fic like this, I found out the wonderful world of fanfiction this year and I've already read practically every good Maiko stories in FF.net. So when I discover new good ones like this, after thinking there is nothing left,I beam!

I'm so happy that Maiko has not been forgotten :D

Some good Mai/Zuko can be found if you're patient. Alabaster is both good and prolific, which is a good combination, and I really recommend _Bringing Out the Blue_, which is mostly a gen fic, but the scene where Zuko as the Blue Spirit encounters Mai for the first time in three years is very good, and his thoughts about Mai are quite nice.

Hopefully I'll write a few more Zuko/Mai stories before I'm done. I've written something of a vignette called _Dangerous_, but I don't know if it is really that good, and the next story I'd like to write is just a straight Zuko adventure story, a homage to Robert E. Howard's _Tower of the Elephant_. But I have some ideas.

In a way writing the banter was a bit more fun than writing the actual smut. :)
