self discovery, now that I've discovered the results are such a letdown. its just made my life worse. I can't concentrate anymore. My mind is but a jumble of hatred, loneliness and errors.

I've done the slef-discovery thing. In fact, I do it all the time. I get down occasionally for a short while, but then I remember to use past judgement errs as means to foster conviction for the future. Realizing potential mistakes doesn't make anything worse; continuing with culpable behaviour on the other hand...

I've experienced that mindset before. I think it helps to always look on the brightside of things. And to be patient. Don't give me any crap about only being 19 and extoling the virtue that is patience. You're 30 and still haven't learned it.

Call someone if you're going to do something crazy, and if you're merely going to sound like you're going to do something crazy, please reassure me.

I haven't been ignoring your calls. I can't remember your number and it's rude to ask a mutual friend what your number is then promptly say goodbye.

its ok I've taken up talking to bob in greater frequency. He points out so many realistic things I should of accepted many years ago. Instead I waste more of my time. So how many days notice do I need to give you and andrew before we plan for that fabled 1 entire day out?
