Word. I hate talking to strangers. A stranger tried to talk to me in the dining car on my trip on the train from Fayetteville today, and I lied and told him that I was a born and bred Charlestonian just so I wouldn't have to launch into an explanation that I'd been born in Iowa. I hate people like that. Why can't people just be indifferent to others? I would be much more comfortable in this world if it were so.
