What changed?

Lately working out has made me feel so good.

But today, it just made me feel slightly less shitty. Why did it change all of a sudden?

So yeah, short post.

Working out usually makes me feel really good too - it's those endorphines! However, sometimes when you don't have enough energy to burn or your muscles are tired it just suck. Try eating some carbs (not too many), but something like pasta the night before you work out. It usually helps me! =)
