My last day at Odawara
Today was my final day at Odawara. I was met by Toru-san on the Shinkansen on my way in on a rather bright and sunny morning (the first!). We arrived at the plant and I did my usual thing of sitting around for a bit. Then a little later on in the morning I gave my talk for the 4th time in 8 working days! Day 2 at Odawara
On my second day in Odawara I toured the facility more and got very fed up with the constant shoe changing. First of all the moment you walk in the door you have to put on slippers (the regular workers have company trainers), which is fine except they fall off your feet. Himeji and Kyoto
Rob and I hit the local train around 6.30 and off I went to Shin Osaka to get a trip to Himeji. It took a little while to find out which train I wanted but it was worth it in the end. Rob, Uje, Nara and Osaka
Can you guess that I did a lot of travelling this weekend? I managed to hop on the Shinkansen and meet Rob in Osaka around 10.30 (not bad for a 300 mile trip). It was good seeing him.
