So, it’s been two weeks from today since I’ve been up to date. I’ll try to briefly catch myself up today. I have been walking or running regularly and since I’m supposed to do my weigh in on Mondays I can say that I’m not thrilled with the 261 pounds I’m at this morning. I’m standing in front of a house, not sure who’s or what house. There’s some woman who I know over to the left not sure who she is. An animal on all fours is in front of me it walks towards me. Yesterday I saw the Dr. I may have told myself four weeks ago that if I didn’t have my BP down I’d start taking the medication. Well, I have another appointment with him in three months. I’ll see where I am in two months and go from there. But I’m not going to take any medication before then. Same with cholesterol. Have to check on diet ( Read more... )
