Another cold day

Though it's mid 40's it still seems quite cold to me. I was up early enough (6AM) to not be rushed and be ready and waiting when David was ready to go. We had a rough time yesterday but we're doing better today. But I'm not feeling well

Monday is a new week a new day to start over. Forget about last week and get off to a good start this week. Think twice before you reach for that mountain dew and chips. Drink lots of water and take that walk at lunch even if its cold out. :)
