Smokey is a monster with numerous delightful abilities. Because most of them require not only permission but extensive detail from you before I can attempt to incorporate his powers into the game, I'd totally appreciate it if you'd fill out the following permissions form for any characters who might potentially get involved with him.

Can Smokey bring your character back to life?: I would like to plot this kind of thing out, permission pending.
Notes: Doumeki has a naturally-ocurring pure aura in his blood and is capable of exorcising via pure ki - this means he's one of those characters Smokey couldn't get close to. STILL, I love the idea of the character, and if we can figure out a way to make it work, I'm a yes on pretty much any of the above with pre-planning!

If yes, who from their past might he impersonate?: Watari would probably be the best bet. Not exactly a loved one, but Matt doesn't have many of those (at least, ones that aren't played in the game already). Watari would've been a sort of parental figure, though not particularly loving or close.
Can Smokey kill or maim your character?: Serious injury is more than fine with me. Scars are fine, check first for amputations and death.
Can Smokey bring your character back to life?: Only if pre-plotted.
Notes: Nothing much, other than that, if Smokey scans Matt, I'd really prefer if his real name wasn't broadcast publicly on the network.

I think the main one would probably be Kouichirou Kase, his childhood best friend and the guy who massively screwed him over...Ken canonically killed him though, so...I wouldn't expect a good reaction. |D He looks like a creeper in a bad suit. :| /shot for bad pun
Can Smokey kill or maim your character?: Maim, yes. Killing I'd rather hold off on unless there's pretty good potential for plot involved.
Can Smokey bring your character back to life?: ...IM me if it comes up. I might be interested if it can be reversed/resisted. Crazy!Ken is too slippery for me to play for extended periods. :|a
Notes: I'd rather not Ken's identity as an assassin, or former one, be spread about.

If yes, who from their past might he impersonate?: His dad, without question. He never has more than a scant few lines of dialogue in game, but the way I write him headcanon-wise, he speaks and acts identical to Atticus Finch from To Kill A Mockingbird. Papa, tear, etc.
Can Smokey kill or maim your character?: Sure thing! Long as we work it out beforehand.
Can Smokey bring your character back to life?: Hrm hrm, depends. I'm curious - does subsequent death and then resurrection by the Core restore them to not!crazy?

If yes, who from their past might he impersonate?: Sister Amamiya, the nun who raised him after he killed his mother. Since she only appears in a drama CD, I have no image reference of her. The personality we know about her should be mentioned in the infopost, but if you want more details, just ask me.
Can Smokey kill or maim your character?: Maiming is fine, killing would be dependent on plot.
Can Smokey bring your character back to life?: No, the cast implications of him being infected would be too troublesome.
