Sometimes I feel like I'm sitting here overlooking the ocean.  And it's huge and endless and blue and I love it.  And the sun lights it on fire and the moon extinguishes the fire and adds its own glow.

I think it's one of mankind's great questions: where do I fit in?  I've often wondered it myself.  Because, as good as I am at blending in, I never really fit in.  I always get this sense that, somehow, I just don't belong.  Who am I close to?  Who do I consistently run to when I need help?

picking up where i left off, 7th grade.

I suppose something momentous happened that summer.  Don't ask me what.  I have a terrible memory for specifics, but I get the big picture ok.
