Randomly, does anyone have a recipe for a reasonably easy pie crust? I'm looking for something compatible with "custard pie" (real men don't eat quiche, you know)

Flour, water, milk, butter.

Mix.

Roll.

Flour, vegetable shortening, salt, ice water. I can give measurements if you want. I like to add a sprinkle of sugar to my crusts for custard type pies. But then, some of my custard pies get cracker crusts....

Sweet. Thanks much. I'm the bum who grew up on Pillsbury *hides head*
