Let it be said, if they're gonna get a star, they should get a real star. You know who I'm talkin about.

It depends on what "star" means to the general audience.

Like, he's not the best player in the omniverse. Well, neither is Shaq in the NBA, or Peyton Manning in the NFL.

In the NBA last year, Gerald Wallace was one of the best 5 players. He's a shy country boy who plays in Charlotte, so no one pays any attention to him. But he can do shit with that basketball normal people cannot.

So, yeah, he's not a "real star." But he's white and speaks perfect English, he married someone who was massively famous there for three months, and he's not bad. He's still a guy you want setting up your free kicks.

Oh yeah, since I don't have a livejournal anymore, I set this up so I could comment on your posts. Because someone has to.
