I cut a whole bunch of hair off and used it and an old toilet paper roll to make a little statue with some plastic eyes, orange lips and a little kodak 400 shirt that's perched on the windowsill in the bathroom. I got a $565 tax refund yesterday and I think I'm going to buy something sweet, like a lion or something. I've been pretty much only ( Read more... )

ha, thanks about the statue. i like to pretend that it's a morrissey replica because it has a little tuft of hair jutting out in the front. thanks about the lion idea too. i have a feeling my roommate wouldn't be so into it, but if i lived out in the woods it could totally work!

i enjoy cutting my hair too.
is your hair long already or is that sort of your mission?

i think it's funny that we talk so much about hippie things.

Haha, nice. Speaking of Morrissey I want to find my missing Smiths Dvd so bad! Watching Morrissey dance is such a blend of high comedy and hotness, he really pulls of flamboyant and dreamy at the same time. Oh Morrissey. Sorry about using the word hotness, it happens. I think mostly I want to buy an elephant! I really want to ride one but I felt bad for the one I saw at the zoo and didn't. A trip to Africa is probably in order.

It's shoulder length right now, everytime I try to grow it out I get bored and chop it all off again because it grows really slowly, so I'm trying to be disciplined. Ha, I'm making it sound so important. But it will be fun to cut it all off later this year.

I think so too :)

i think my favorite dancer is calvin johnson from beat happening. he's a total weirdo who wears really odd stuff and he always bounces around and flails his arms and i always get the impression that he has way more fun dancing than singing.

i really need to see a recording of the smiths live!

my friend jason is going to do social work in south africa and i really want to go visit him when he does. mostly so i can hang out with antelope, but seeing elephants would also be awesome too. i haven't been to the zoo in a really long time so my experience with animals has mostly imaginary, but i think that i would feel bad for them too.

I just realized zebras are pretty much just horses with stripes!
weird. but it's more weird that i never knew that.
