Congrats to the Chicago White Sox on winning the 2005 World Series.  That's one more long-suffering team that has some relief (Cubs and Indians, you're next).  That means one less team that Fox can put stupid graphics up about, detailing what changes have occurred since they last won a title.  I'm really getting sick of those.

Here is a list of things I learned while attending Ball State's Homecoming last weekend.

1.  Alcohol will be present in everything.  I mean everything.  Beer brats, beer burgers, beer gummy worms, undergrads, and especially grads who are married.

Today the Pacers revealed their new uniforms, which they'll wear beginning this year.  Let me just say this.  I don't like them.  Are we trying to look like the Lakers here?  Why did we need new ones when the previous ones were ranked as the best jerseys in the league by a poll on NBA's website?  And they won by a decent margin as well.  I don't ( Read more... )
