The change in my diet has helped to improve several aspects of my wellbeing so far. I have shed 19lbs since January 19th and this loss has helped to improve my back problems. We met up with some friends in Millville for Third Friday after we visited Thundersun Forge to pick up the engagement ring. Chris and I had a nice night out with our friends. My being overweight has been a problem for so long, that I cannot precisely pinpoint when it all started. I am inclined to estimate that I started being a bit heavier than my peers around third or fourth grade.
