Hi journal and friends.
I am bad at updating.Do I say that every time? And i've been up 3 times since i started typing. Noah Noah Noah..
Well I guess my journal can wait.

Tomorrow is my b-day! I got a new laptop and a wireless printer. Noah is having a tantrum. i must depart

I am a 4th grade writing teacher. And I start Thursday. And I have to quit my other job tonight/tomorrow. Now I'm nervous about that! haha.. The anxiety never ends.. :) Oh well.. it does make life pretty pee in my pants exciting!

I passed my content test!! yess...

i got 265 out of 300. The possible scores range from 100 to 300 and you have to have 240 to pass. So i guess that's a pretty decent score. :)
what a relief. I knew i did well i just wanted to KNOW.. ya know.

There is a slacker inside of me. She IS me, and I do like her. She makes me happy and relaxed, but also she makes me feel guilty and indulgent. Oh goodness. So every day at work, I find myself just applying for teaching jobs, obsessively checking google news, and taking part in various internet distractions. NO PORN though.. haha ( Read more... )

So this Saturday I'm taking my content test for the TeXes.. or TExES... the latter i think. 8-12 english. I hope i do well!! I had to take and pass a practice test to get approval to take the real thing. And I passed that, but the only part i'm not too sure about was the essay. so i started my new job as marketing _____________. I'll find out my job title when I get my business cards.. tomorrow hopefully! It's a new marketing position with Merit Parking Company, and for now my focus and goal is to generate more interest in the McKinney Place Garage, right in the heart of downtown. SKYSCRAPERS!! Last night I found out from my admissions representative for LeTourneau University that they set me up for the English 8-12 certification! I'm going to be a hich school english teacher! wow.. am I the next Mr. Casemore? or Mrs. Malone? or.. I can't remember who else I had at the moment. I'm excited.
