I'm so excited! Chris and I can finally feel my belly changing, just a little bit. But it's enough to make us extremely happy and wicked excited! Yesterday I went to the Salvation Army store near my work and bought 3 pairs of size 10 pants. 2 of them I can wear to church, too! That's a very good thing. They'll hopefully fit for a while. I seem to feel about the same most days. Granted, I do have random days when I feel slightly better. However, most often I wake up exhausted and nauseaus, and that just continues until I go to bed at night. I just napped for 2 hours here at work while Adam slept. Well today I've felt pretty crappy all day.  My husband is excited that I'm feeling ill, as it's a good sign that things are going well with this pregnancy.  I however, am not as excited, as it's really not that fun to feel this sick all day.  The nauseaus feeling comes and goes, so at least it's not a constant thing throughout my day.  I'm trying ( Read more... )

Yesterday I had a blood test done just to confirm that I was, indeed pregnant.  It was positive, to which I said a resounding, "DUH."  There was no doubt in my mind that I was pregnant, I just needed a blood test to confirm for the midwife.  Now I can call them and make an appointment for an 8 week ultrasound ( Read more... )
