4th of July celebration

We have our own way of celbrating the 4th of July - join the Marines. My oldest grandson has been talking to recruiters, made his decision, and then talked with his Mom, this week he passed his final tests - the medical tests, signed on the dotted line and took his oath. He wil be going to Paris Island on Dec 13th. This week he should be

I guess the 4th of July is a good day to joined the Marines. :-)

Is Chrys an older dog? I hope they don't find anything seriously wrong with her.

Good luck with your diabetic diet. It's worth sticking to, even though it can be a challenge, I'm sure.

Chrys is 11 will be 12 on Oct 16th, so she's getting up there. She has a constant gaging cough now, sounds like she's going to spitup but doesn't. Has the weather cooled down some over the weekend she was breathing easier.

I see you on FB but most nights by the time you come on I'm getting ready to go to bed. I'm usually in bed by 9 on work nights.
