Would you believe I did not grow up with a Nintendo in the house?
I don't consider myself a ferocious gamer. But I do rip through them when I find one I like, and I've been told that I'm abnormally tenacious. Series I have consequentially beat the stuffing out of include Ratchet & Clank, Jak & Daxter, and of course Sly Cooper.( In which I talk about games! It's OK, no spoilers. ) -

There are a pair of redtail hawks who live around my work building. The tower's 15 stories tall, and between it, the Promenade shopping center and other high office buildings in the area there are some great clifflike perches and wind currents. I'm always hoping to get a look at one from inside the office while it's perching on the building ( Read more... ) -
Happy Nude Deer celebrations
I do believe that discovering I am capable of getting completely smashed without falling asleep first (contrary to what I had previously thought) is a good way to kick off the new year. I got awfully fucking sleepy at one point, but I took some time off from my drink with a cup of water. I'm not sure I qualified as awake for the rest of the night ( Read more... )
