Okay, just weighed myself this morning and come up with a whopping 133.1 kgs. That's a hell of a lot.  Even so, I'm not going to make weight loss my first goal. Instead, my first goal is still the completion of the beginner level of the Gorilla Workout. I need to focus on one goal at a time so as not to get discouraged.

I've finally decided that enough is enough and it's time to get back on track to losing some of this weight that's holding me back.  I've chosen to utilise the Gorilla program that I got off iTunes. Things have been rather stressful at home for the last month and a half. It's never easy losing a friend, but when they die in front of you while you are trying to save them is that much harder. I have to say, I'm beginning to enjoy this new healthier lifestyle I've embarked upon.  Yesterday was a partial success.  While I was well disciplined for most of the day, in the evening Jyan, Dion, and myself went out for New Year's Eve dinner, and I allowed myself to forget my eating plan.
