So i got my lettuce and ate some. I could have 2 cups and only 15 calories. No way I had 2 cups, plus i heard it's one of those negative calorie foods.. dunno about that now. But I could eat the whole bag and gain only a pound.. theoretically. Given my body, who knows.

Fennel, aubergine, gourd, broccoli, leek, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, marrow, cauliflower, peppers, celery, radish, chicory, spinach, cress, tomato, cucumber, turnip.
Fruits
Apricot, mandarin orange, blackberry, melon canteloupe, blackcurrant, peaches, clementines, plums, damsons, raspberry, grapefruit. rhubarb, guava, strawberry, honeydew melon, tangerine, lemon, watermelon.
they are an actual thing. We studied them in a chemistry thesis in college. They're pretty interesting.
Just be careful with eating loads of the fruits. While they will increase your metabolism slightly and result in a caloric deficit, they still contain sugars which can cause you to store fats. Melons and berries are the best as they result in the most caloric deficit and have the least sugars.
