So I am the new math teacher at East Detroit High School!

The principle Paul called me at 630pm and offered me the job!

Now I have to call the assistant superintendent and set up a meeting with her. And you bet your ass I'll be doing that tomorrow. :)

I know already that I'll be teaching a section of Calculus.

So why am I so nervous???

I have a teaching interview at East Detroit High School on Wednesday!!!!!!!!

Aren't you excited?!

I finally got my certification letter in the mail from Wayne State!!!!!

I can now teach math and history at the secondary level!!

And the resumes start going out tomorrow. :)

Wow, what a summer. And I don't say that with the enthusiasm that you'd think I would. It's a "wow" that comes after careful reflection ( Read more... )

So George got a PSP. :) And I've been playing it.

In fact, I'm playing Untold Legends.

Since this is the first PSP game that I've played for any great deal of time, here's a review of it:

The Good
1. Yes, the graphics are incredible.
2. The sound is surprisingly good for a handheld.
3. The little mini analog stick works pretty good.
