I just don't like badgering people to apply for credit cards. I always feel like I'm being bullied when people do that to me, so I don't like doing it to others.

Ugh, I know that song and dance. Especially since, at my old job, you actually got written up if you didn't get a bazillion add-ons a week. And we had to sell, like six things to every. Single. Customer. So glad I don't work there anymore...

Yeah, for us there's three different things we're supposed to ask about. Which to be honest is just far too much, that's ridiculous. So I only as about one thing every transaction. I don't know if I get written up, but I know my manager has come over tons to tell me I need to work on my scores. Ugh.

It's ridiculous because they expect us to be Super Salespeople at barely above minimum wage, with absolutely no incentives whatsoever besides the fear of getting fired.

Blargh, I make below minimum wage because every customer we get to open up a credit card nets us a whole two dollars. It's ridiculous.
