Ok not doing so well with the journal keeping, but in my defense I've had an insane week. I do remember something from last week that I wanted to write about. Saturday the 11th I went to the drive in movies with my boyfriend and his 10 year old son. Oops. I thought I'd only missed one night of journal writing but it must have been two. Last time I wrote I planned to go to bed early(ish) I did get to bed at a decent hour. depression/writing exercise
My depression has severely curtailed my ability to write. Specifically my inspiration/creative spark is gone or at least very muted. So on the advice of my mother I am going to start to journal about my day. See if that kick starts my brain.
