Katsu: If what wiki tells me is right, he's more Destruction's realm on occasion, but (highlight for spoilers) he's got a piece of Abel's soul, so he's a reincarnation of him. Since apparently they come up in her canon. \O.o/ So she can tell that, but if you want more game-specific things let me know. :|b
Tsukasa: Oh lord. He spent about three episodes in a basically catatonic state after being mindfucked again, he's got a lot of trauma from the real world, and he died and came back and his mind got screwed up... yeah. I think she can know a lot. Just don't tell him that (spoilers) he's a girl in the real world because he's still struggling with that.

Sissel: I'm not sure he's crazy enough to really recognize Delirium, but he did (SPOILERS) hang out with Yomiel in his backstory… which he doesn't know because he can't remember his past. :| So. I'd like to keep his background information away from him because he needs to go through the proper channels for that. By which I mean harass Yomiel forever
Mewtwo: … Probably the more crazypants. He was determined to destroy humans and the pokemon that serve them until he basically got convinced 'no not all humans are jackasses'. But he was experimented on enough to make him determined to break out within something like six months of when he woke up, and then when Giovanni used him he basically got twisted and bitter. But I don't know if that would count for Delirium. Anyway she can know that stuff and he will just lineface at her. Forever.

I mean, I guess Xigbar was in contact with the insane, seeing as he more than likely drove quite a few people insane during the human experiments they did as apprentices, but I am not sure if these encounters are really close enough? Xigbar himself is completely sane. A horrible horrible person, but completely sane and unfeeling. so, uh, you tell me, would she know him and all? Then we can figure out something definite for what she can know if needed.

She can know he is a nobody, his name, rank, that he is a dangerous man, and that he messed quite a bit with science?

Gau's mother died in childbirth, causing his dad to go insane and throw baby-Gau out into the Final Fantasy equivalent of the African grasslands, so... yeah. His dad is a big ol' crazypants. Whenever you approach him in-game, he starts flipping out and yelling at the party about repairing his clock/oven/roof. As for Gau, he might have a few screws loose from growing up in the wild, and he goes into crazy nonstop fighting berserker-mode whenever he's in battle.

All of the above! I'm not sure if Gau would be in Delirium's camp, but his dad definitely is.
HOW OPEN IS YOUR CHARACTER IN REGARDS TO CONFRONTING DELIRIUM? He probably won't! He might be weirded out by her, especially if she brings up his dad, but he wouldn't attack her or anything.

Basically, he's the Serpent of Eden and a moderately powerful demon who has live on Earth ever since it was brought into creation. He's friends with an angel named Aziraphale, and he secretly likes humanity because they do his job better than he does.
