Oh, what is this? My first bit of money from my new job? It can't be! I schlepped a cutie and her friend around to check out three nearby apartment complexes and it looks like they settled on one. My cut is 25% of their monthly rent for a two bedroom place ($710) so I make $177.50... not a lot but I made that in a freaking hour. Not to mention this ( Read more... )
