Hi everyone.

I felt my heart jump into my throat as soon as I heard her voice, I had to ask who it was just to make sure I wasn't fooling myself. If I could only make one person in the world smile, I would want it to be her.

I heard her call my name as I walked away. Abandonment isn't the right word but it's the first one to come to mind.

I still hear her call my name from time to time, and the words are so thick they hang in the air. Echoes of memories I'll never have.
