definitely a bitter sweet and a love hate relationship with braces. just reading my past posts in my braces diary, I don't think I will ever regret this decision. one of the best decisions made in my life.

the end is near
finally, just 1 more month. and it will mark the beginning of my new future (hopefully).
i am utterly amazed at how things have evolved over the past couple of months. what others said are true, "changes come from within". how am i supposed to move on if i am not loving myself more than i should be?i cannot thank God enough for His grace, mercy ( Read more... ) -

time really flies, it has been about 1.5 years since i put on the metals and during this period, my dentist has gone through 2 maternity leaves. talking about productivity huh. :D
i met her again recently and asked how much longer is my treatment? and she said 4 more months! my special "friend" D was there as well and he seemed slightly concerned. i ( Read more... ) -

trip to chosun land was truly therapeutic and healing. i thoroughly enjoyed myself and loved everything i did there. i will definitely head back soon and it will be a full solo trip.

for the past month, i had been suffering from gastric pains and diarrhoea. everytime before i could finish my meal, i will have that feeling of fullness and bloatedness. then the stomach will start feeling pretty painful, like cramps and can feel that the stomach is working really hard to digest my food. whenever i burped, the "smell" is not food ( Read more... ) -

2011 had been a rather calm year for me. nothing much happened. am thankful for that!
- travelled to a few places for work and pleasure - bangkok, hong kong, beijing, taipei, indonesia (bandung & batam)
- installed something to my mouth :E

life's been sucky after putting lower bracket. bcc everyday. >.> it hurts so much more than the upper one. annoyed. will blog about the whole grueling process in a bit.
I just need to get this off my chest! so many things to do, so little time. before the wedding next Monday!

feeling scared. of extractions especially. so hum :p
had a heavy lunch at the office before coming over. hope I won't feel hungry for the rest of the day... doubt I will hv appetite for anything.
