I just noticed that my default userpic is now a picture of Barack Obama. While I'm flattered that LiveJournal apparently sees some resemblance between the Democratic Presidential candidate and myself, this is still a curious situation.

So I was watching the Nationals-Giants game tonight when I noticed the name of Washington's starting pitcher, John Lannan.

I recognized the name because he was a classmate of mine in high school, and now he's in the big leagues, striking out the likes of Barry Bonds.
