I crunch it up by slamming it on the kitchen counter while its still in the wrapper. I put the crunched noodles and seasoning in a bowl and fill it with water such as you do with milk and cereal. (less than two cups) then i put it in the microwave for 3:33. perfection! :)
I like to eat the noodles in long forkfulls from the bottom side up, it's always cooler on the bottom. I never ever twist them around my fork. Sometimes this can be messy but it's just the most fun!
I boil water, then put a block or two of noddles in. I like the noddles long. Turn the heat down a bit, and stir the noodles until their slurpable. I pour out most of the water, but leave enough for a broth, and add the flavor packet. Stir it in and slurp it up!
Well. . . I am rather poor, so I generally make ramen at work, where there is no stove.
I have a small gladware dish that I fill up about halfway (just enough to cover the noodles then I boil the mix. after about 4 minutes I take the noodles out of the water and add the broth to the noodles. yum
I put the brick into the still water. I let it boil for an indeterminate time, then drain a little water (if I cook it too long, I have hardly any water to drain). Then I rinse slightly with a very tiny bit of cold water, add the seasoning packet, and stir it with my chopsticks.
