How do you write a paper supporting or refuting a quote/article without bias?

What's the quote. I can't really help 'til I know what it is.

I think i figured it out (i hope so, i started the essay) but here's the quote anyway.

And I'm supposed to write a five paragraph essay making a case supporting or refuting that quote by using three or four examples from the TIME Magazine article What Makes You Who You Are.

And I can't use the words I or My or anything like that.
