After Faerieworlds things got dramatic around here so I have not been posting to my journal due to my stomach being in a constant knot.

Insomnia
It's Friday morning and Faeriworlds starts in just a few hours. I am quite honestly, very nervous. I did not put as much effort and time into making my booth look fabulous as I would have liked. So, the day before Faerieworlds, I get an email from one of my favorite authors. My publisher put him in contact with me- which is great, but the sucky part is that I cannot say who it is! Getting ready for Faerieworlds
Oooookay, so, I have almost finished my stock. I still need to pour some spray mixes, and some more lip balms, but other than that- I am set. I am not making a load of things- just a little bit. It will look a bit sparse, but I want to not have loads left over when I am done.

Soap making adventures
Well, I am still waiting for my supplies to show up... until they do, I am only making bar soaps. I worked with a really nice honey base today and made some orange, rosemary and basil bars that turned out to die for!

Ok, so... if you don't know what CSA is, you should. It is, to put it in basic terms, really groovy. And it is not just for hippies. The idea is, you buy a membership or a subscription to a local farm. This, in turn, gives you a regular box or basket of fresh, locally grown produce.
