I HAD to share! I just got done decorating Aric's birthday cake for his cake party tomorrow. The theme -- if you can't tell -- is Hawaiian Tiki. Thus, the cake has its own grass skirt, etc. Not bad for an amateur, eh?

Thanks! I think the cake is pretty cool. Aric even got some cute monkey candles to put on it. I'm going to have to re-post another pic.

Yeah, Will is a HAM! He's so freaking cute. I can't believe he's related to me.

Thanks. I'm rather proud of it. It took most of the day. I baked the cakes in the morning and made the icing. Then I frosted it in the afternoon. All together, the decorating took about an hour. I had the pastry bags and stuff to help me, so it wasn't too bad. My mom used to make wedding cakes all the time, so I picked up the tips from her. (She's the one who made Will's first birthday cake -- it was a castle!!)
