Aric and I are restarting our diets (again!) today, which means that this week we are doing the "blast off" week. That means only 1000 calories per day for a week, and then we readjust to whatever calories is appropriate for our weight to induce weight loss. I'm guessing I'll be at about 1800 calories, or maybe 1600, once we are done with this week
