The recipe:
1/3 C TVP
1/3 C dehydrated mixed veggies (buy in bulk at a restaurant supply house for best value) Include dehydrated mushrooms in the mix if you’ve got ‘em.
Also add in dehydrated onions.
1/3 cup minute rice.
1 Tablespoon of the spice mixture
Spice mix:
Make a mix of brewers yeast, with garlic powder, herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning
