I'm feeling better, having recently experienced a medical emergency which could have proven serious had it not been diagnosed and treated. The problem? I have (or had, if they're gone now) two blood clots in my left calf

I'm so glad they caught that. Blood clots can be lethal, thank God your doctor knows his stuff!

Wow, that is frightening. Blood clots get so many people because of doctors who don't spot or check for them, so thank God that this one thought of it. I'm glad it all worked out and you're all right. :)
