 I still read my LJ friends list everyday but I have stopped writing longer pieces.  I have always walked on Hemingway's side of writing styles, and now Twitter and the Facebook status update have swallowed my desire to write here in my journal.  Need to dust this at least for this year.

Ok, I did not realize that the blip.fm suscription could get to be so annoying. I apologize to those who wanted to see something else on their friends page.  I do like the shorter update form that are now all the rave: it eliminates the breakfast menu prevalent in longer journal posts and tells the world you are alive.
