My friend, Sarah, went into labor this morning, so, I am dog sitting at our place all day (and night). Corcodel was thrilled to see his girlfriend, Sasha. Rosinka, on the other hand... not so much. In fact, she turned into a wild beastie within two minutes of Sasha's arrival and has since been sequestered in the spare bedroom. I feel bad, but

I've always loved watching dogs play together. It's unnerving if you're not used to it and they're big and really wrestling around, but otherwise, they just seem so darn joyful. Like kids playing, y'know?

I know what you mean. I'm so used to it, I sometimes forget how it must look to others who don't see dog play very often. I love the expression of pure happiness they get when they're at the height of doggie play. It looks like they're grinning ear to ear and their eyes are sparkling. :o) Dogs seem to really enjoy life every chance they get.

Meanwhile, Rosinka is still upstairs. She has a whole big closet to investigate up there and every now and then I can hear her jumping off something or other, so,I'm sure she's on a discovery mission of sorts.
