The ice cream only takes about 20 minutes to prepare. The rest is just freezing time. The lemon curd takes a bit to make if you can't find the vegan version at the store, but if you make a whole bunch at once and save what's left in a jar, you don't waste any time next time around.
I hope you try it when you have time. It's sooooooo yummy!
