Yummy!

Apparently, if you freeze Silk Vanilla Soy Milk in an ice cube tray, then dump the cubes in a blender with a heaping tablespoon of raspberry jam and hit the button... you get an amazing frozen treat! I've had three cups already. My head hurts but it was well worth it! :o)

Hmm... I bet some frozen banana wouldn't hurt, either!

I'm becoming quite the expert! I have so far experimented with adding cocoa to the vanilla soy milk (very good), coffee (not good), strawberries (delicious), bananas (very good), soy strawberry yogurt (fantatstic! it's as creamy as ice cream), peanut butter (very good), and today I am going to try adding "Better than cream cheese" cream "cheese" and strawberries. We'll see how that turns out. Freezing the soymilk directly is definitely much better than using water ice cubes. It doesn't look as appealing as the ice, I'll admit, but it's much tastier and creamier. :o)

The freezer in my current apartment has a bad smell, and the ice cube trays look suspicious. But the apartment that we just got has a newish fridge so maybe it will be good for making this sort of treat!
