Oh geez, you poor thing. I hate nausea so much. It's the worst thing. Whenever I am nauseous, it feels better if I lay down on my side. That seems to help.
There is drugstore anti-nausea medication. I don't remember the name of it, but someone bought it for me when I said I was nauseous. I've never used it, but I let someone else use some, and they said it was very effective.
Just make sure you drink lots of water. I find that Coca-Cola works very well against nausea. Some people say not to drink Coke cold when you're nauseous, but I never felt the difference. Also drink Gatorade for the electrolytes. I can usually keep Gatorade and Coke down. But don't touch Pepsi. Pepsi somehow worsens nausea for me. And don't drink milk.
I think that's the name-brand version of the stuff I was taking. It has the same ingredients: Ingredients Active Ingredients Per Teaspoonful (5 mL): Dextrose (Glucose) 1.87 g; Levulose (Fructose) 1.87 g; Phosphoric Acid 21.5 mg
However, nowhere on this bottle does it say not to dilute it by drinking water after taking it, so maybe that's why it's not working. Thanks.
Call the doctor. Most doctors will, in that situation, call in a prescription for real antinausea meds without requiring a visit. Three days is WAY too long for you to be in that condition -- I am worried! But call and get the prescription stuff; it will really help.
Thank you. If it's not better by tomorrow I will see if the NextCare clinic down the street can give me something for it. I have heard they will give you a shot in the ass. Or something.
I've always been given pills. The first one doesn't usually get to stay in the body long, but apparently enough gets into the bloodstream to calm you a bit. Then you take another, and then another, and then you can kind of creep around. Please do take care.

Now, I haven't tried this myself, but someone else did, and he said he got relief from it.
