Nothing in particular

I was just roaming around when I went to my user info for livejournal. It reads that I'm still in Croydon. Heh...You would figure I would change that as soon as possible but I didn't. Maybe I totally forgot or never got around to it. Hmmmm...I wonder where and what every one is doing right now back home. Are they doing as good as I am, better, ( Read more... )

petros of yew, determined to be unique, but unsure of the definition. a funny little boy.

i am inprisoned. overbearingly sarcastic, brutally honest, and unsure.

you and i differ in these definitions becasue you can hide better then i.

yes, i believe we do; you are only influenced if you want to be. you have to be open to be impressionable.

no, but i can grasp their basic concepts. although i don't know their true meaning, it is always easy to tell when they are being misused or lied about.

my life is based on will. my will is to succeed, and the will of others to see me succeed. my daily routine is somewhat mondane and tedious, but there's is not much to do about it at this point, and every once in a while it gets a jump start. it's really not all that bad, though it feels suffacating at times. i wish to achieve contentment, to find the right place in life, "the right path" as you put it, to find where i fit into this puzzle of life.

What do i think of Petros? At different times its been quite a different thing really. Ive seen you go through what we all go through (confusion, reflection, all that fun stuff) but to basically describe you id say your out there to be unique, though you always were anyway. i think you used to brood alot, but your a nutty kid that i loved hanging out with because we made anything fun. i think you see the negative in people a lot, and are receptive of good friends but antisocial otherwise, though you have your moments in new groups like at our cast parties. overall, you rock, petros. i can sum you up in the term croydonite, original in a crazy, almost twitchy kind of way ( ... )

what do i live for? i love learning...but thats not it. i live because...i guess just because i exist, really. in other words, because i just do..i take it all for the moment. every day is a new day. i dont hold onto too much, usually. life just goes at it does. a big part of why i hope this heart doesnt give out too soon is because ive lived years knowing that my waking moments are the reason some others used to also still get out of bed in the morning ( the good old STA days) and i hope that i can still provide that sort of help to people in the future. (ive started that already in college) though i do some damage to people's lives, i live partially because i feel i do more good than bad. ive experienced what i have, might as well use it for something worthwhile, right? whats more worthwhile than people..? ive always ignored what didnt make sense in religion, and grasped the fact that i can always rely in the humane aspect of people. my friends are something i can believe in when all else is dark. god seems to distant to be bright ( ... )

hey now mike you cheated, we were suppsoed to keep it to short sentences, god have to be difficult don't you child.

and i completely and totally disagree with your answer to wether or not humans have free will, and i base it on these grounds: one you named a statistic of which you are an exception; two, just becuse one is influenced does not mean that they must make that choice.

i do believe that overall when it comes to it your choices are your own to make, though you may be influenced in one way or another it is ultiamtely your dicision. free will, if you truely feel you are without it, why do you bother to try and be unique or to help? just fall in lien already, you cray upstarts! just because you were influenced, encouraged or discouraged, to a make a choice, does it change the fact that it is still your choice to make? (rhetorical question, the answer is no)

just thought i strike up a discoussion(sp)

statistics i showed were only to say your not only influenced when you want to be...

and i still dont feel we have free will. in the sense of we make the ultimate decision, we do, but its limited by so much that i dont really feel its that free of a will. its oppressed by all of that, and influenced by all of it, to where i dont look at it as any person making a decision. someone whos ignorant to better possibilities doesnt have the free will to make the best decision, im sure you get what i mean. just my opinion, though i like your argument too

its kind of hard to say. but, going off by the short time ive known you, id say your the funny one, trying to be differnt, but is differnt in some ways. definatly the creative one, and hopeful. other time i think your ignorant to some things though, and you can be crude, but you dont try to lie when you dont like someone, and your brave(?) enough to say it to their face ( ... )

You want to come of as the “mysterious, no one knows me” type. I think you are reluctant to trust people but when you do you trust them you make them a close friend. You like to joke about things, and have a good time with your friends ( ... )
