No real weight loss today. But I blame the champagne from last night. I had to celebrate though. 6% raise is pretty cool and happening when we really need it.

And what a fabulous champagne. It's right up there with my top favs.

And a great dinner. Great dessert.

Great walk with the husband. Great Harvest Moon.

It's all great.

What a nice weekend! I can't get over how nice it was and how I'd rather not be at work today. Yoga, dancing, parades, food, parties... It was all so much fun. I'd much rather be having fun than be at work. But this does pay the bills. And there are many many bills ( Read more... )

Wow. Lazy Lazy Lazy. But last week was kind of busy with the Langevin class and all that. Not as much sitting at the computer time.

Now I'm teaching again. Focusing on technique a bit more.

What a lovely long weekend. Why can't I just have fun all the time?

So, I got through lunch. I tried to be all core, but I made have made a mistake with the deli meats. It seems like there is some ambiguity about sliced turkey being core or non core. I may have to pack more lunches.

Punk Rock Aerobics tonight and chili for dinner. Must bake a cake for work.

Q: Is anything happening?

A: Just doing the Core. So far so good. I feel very thin and I made an excellent pot of chili last night. First time in a while. My chili is very core.
